Cooking With Cider with Chef Brandon Price and Mountain West Cider

This week the Even Stevens team visited  Mountain West Cider to try some delicious ciders paired with dishes our very own Chef Brandon Price cooked up. Chef infused different ciders into his dishes to perfectly complement the pairing and to showcase how ciders can compliment different flavor palate.

Mountain West Cider walked us through their process from the apples they harvest locally to the creation of their labels. This local cider company not only makes an incredible brew, they also give back by donating  Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance as well as supporting local producers by using locally grown ingredients.
